These wonderful people have taken care of our pets for many years. They not only talk nice to my cat and to me, their capacity for medical expertise is outstanding. I'll be back.
What a bunch of crooks. When I specifically tell them over the phone that the cats needed dis-tempter and a benedryll shots before hand, they underhandedly added extra services to my mother that were never mentioned to me (fecal sample? two prep shots before the main shot? They only need one). Receptionist and doctor are not willing to answer questions when customers are not happy with service. You don't like my language? I don't like your business methods in cheating my mother, so expect angry customers to swear and scream at you.
Ask all questions before going in and ask if mandatory. If you do not agree, tell them to stick to the request/scope. They do not like it when customers argue and will pretty much tell you to go elsewhere. Must be typical customer service in the south. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
I was in Fredericksburg and needed a vet because my dog was vomiting. My friend who I was visiting reccommended Leavells. I was suprised they were able to fit me in even though I wasn't a client. The staff was super nice and professional. Dr Kline was gentle with my dog Shaggy and gave me options for treatment which I appreciated. Shaggy ended up making a full recovery without needing surgery (yeah!). Wish I lived closer so they could be my regular vet clinic. Prices were reasonable and exactly as quoted.
