I for sure didn't feel very welcome by the staff. I felt like I was in their way! This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. There is no one I would recommend go to this provider. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time on this appointment. When the Dr came into the room, she left the door cracked, the doctors were sitting around talking about instagram and the receptionists were upfront talking about amsterdam and ciroc (VODKA) I also got lab work done, the ladies were loud. Just beause this facility is located in an urban area does not give the nurses, drs, techs, assistants to act like they are not in a workplace environment. I waited a month for an appt and didnt get anything resolved. I was in the facility 2 hours!!!

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they
eventually returned. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
