I want to thankyou you all for the excellent treatment my Mr Buddy. These Vets know exactly what they are doing. The price is a little high, but then who wouldn,t pay what they had to to heal their furbabies. I wish I could use them as my vet, not just in emergency ways. My Mr Buddy is a fiesty old guy, he came from a New York so he must have the New York attitude so he gave them a run for the money. We just wanted them to know how much we appreciated all the did. Buddy is back to his old self ,and his cough is getting better everyday. God Bless you all for the wonderful, kind ,considerate people you are, Buddy says thank you as well, he just thinks he should get together outside of the vets hospital. The Vets and Techs honestly realize their patients are family also. . Never hesitate to bring your fur baby to this place they are truly the best

I would give 10 stars if I could! Very caring staff. My baby was treated with such kindness. I totally recommend them !!!!! Thank you guys!!! You are the BEST !!!!

For what it is, I give 5 stars. Yes, I've had to wait, yes sometimes the staff is short with you but it is an ER so not normal circumstances. I have had to make several visits with several pets and overall They had good care and when not able to help, sent to a worthy specialist.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

If I could give this place a zero I would. The front line staff is unprofessional and incompetent to say the least, the provider was,for lack of a better phrase USELESS AND ARROGANT, she never brought our dogs chart in with her to the room and gave us complete wrong information about the condition of our dog. To add insult to injury we came to find out the reality of our dogs condition after we had been referred to NYC vet hospital at which point the provider told us that our dogs condition was worse then the incompetent provider from this place told us. Now we await as our dog is in ICU to see if her condition is something they can treat or will we have to put our dog down. I will post and write to every possible site about this place as I hope no one will expeierence what we have.
