They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I honestly can't say enough good things about Midwifery & Women's health. I'm so glad I found them!
