Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
