BEWARE KILLED MY BABY...not just a dog a family member. We took her in on Thursday for simple spayed. We are talking very healthy 3yr old. Never got around good, not eating, forcing to tak meds. Sunday fluid pouring from incision on. No return phone call.
Took her in when they opened Monday.
Died by later afternoon. Never called to say how she was doing or we could come see her nothing. Waiting for autopsy report to file suit.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
