They are out for his money all they care about is their bottom line they don't care about the pet or the if I could I would give them a zero

I do enjoy this spot and so far I would even recommend them, but there is one concern worth being mentioned. I've been with this vet for about 8 mos. and the last time I went in for my cat meds - I was informed that Dr. Hunt was no longer there. I was a bit taken aback that they wouldn't have send out some kind of notice to Dr. Hunt's loyal customers. It surprised me that they failed to do so since about 90% of why you go to the vet you go to is because of WHO that vet is. (?) But beyond that - so far, so good. I have trusted their diagnoses and care of my cat for several mos. and I hope that with the new vets, I can continue to do so. I did briefly meet the new vet and they have also expanded their hours, which works great with my 9-5 type work schedule (they are even open till 2pm on Saturdays!!). I will post accordingly in the near future with another review - I hope it will be a positive one!

Dr. Hix and his staff are excellent. This is a doctor who has been around for a long time and knows cats better than any veterinarian we have ever entrusted our cats to. He can be trusted to accurately diagnose any problems with a cat when others could not. I highly recommend Cats Only Hospital.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The examining rooms at #fullname|business~this veterinarian#'s office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
