Their office is one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They have an open lanai that over looks the ocean. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. We have been coming here since 2002 and I have watched how the practice has changed. It has been for the better. We are thankful to have a quality hospital to take our pets to.

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. . They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well.
