I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough.
