Sort of, not overly friendly however

Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I felt that they really valued my dogs health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
