Hours are limited, parking is difficult, front desk staff is poorly trained in customer service skills.
Vet did not give vaccines in my presence. Took pet to other room where I could not see.

They listened to what I was telling them, and showed attention to detail. I liked that they were easy to locate and in a safe neighborhood. Also their prices were reasonable, unlike other local vets' offices I've been in touch with. I wish they allowed me to stay with my dog, though. They were friendly enough. I just wish they did a better job explaining things to people who are not in that field and who do not understand some of the terminology.

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
