The office was easy enough to find. I didn't notice any bad or usual smells in the office. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected the doctors. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They did not use any foul language. They made an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
