Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?

We took our 5 year old French bulldog to emergency room at 12am. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and took care of the dog right away. Doctor’s (S. Konstalid) diagnosis later has been confirmed by Max’s primer veterinarian. We weren't completely satisfied with the services, because it was too expansive ($1600). Even considering that it was an emergency care, the services for all procedures together are highly overpriced.
Would I use their services again? Yes, if I have free money in my pocket and no other choice …

I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good.

No, I didn't notice an odor

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Yes, they offer a huge selection of medication
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
