I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were.
They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They were too busy having break time in the office just sitting around. When I finally w a s taken to
a room there was the tech and this other individual whom
I think was a trainee ( her name tag said Nicole)
following the tech and I was ready to strangle her. She would not be quiet and I did not appreciate her interference with the tech. I could not believe they would let this annoying person around clients. The next time I go I will ask they not let her in the room.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
