Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
