My dog was very sick. Jeff did all he could and sent me to another vet for blood work and x-rays. That vet stated Jeff kept great notes and did all that he could do. My dog passed away but was well cared for my Hometown Vet.

I would never recommend Arcadia Hometown vet to anyone. Because of their incompetence I had to put my family dog down. They were more worried about how the bull was going to get paid then if they were giving a complete exam. They diagnosed my dog with bone cancer than a bowel obstruction which another vet went to before anything else. I blame them for my dogs death, I blame them for taking away my kids best friend, I blame them because they are the professionals they are suppose to know more than me, they are suppose to tell me what to do. They did nothing but make my dog suffer by starving to death.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The Arcadia Veterinary Clinic is my favorite place to go when it comes to any of my animals needs.. They are very easy going and know what their talking about. Having pigs it is hard to find a vet that knows his stuff and is good at recomending medicine with out an outrageous cost.. I have been nothing but pleased with them and would recomend them to anyone of my friends.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my cats. They are all such wonderful people.
