If you need anything done by the nursing staff.... i.e., insurance preauthorizations are handled by the nurses team expect to wait a long time. I requested a preauth three weeks ago, to find out it was never sent, then when I called it didn't get sent again for five more days. Jerks! My daughter needs her medication and they are dinking around not doing their job!
