SANDRA ECKLES, THE BEST VET EVER. SHE HELPED US WITH ONE OF OUR DOGS THAT HAD TO BE PUT DOWN, AND SHE MADE SURE THAT THE DOG WAS TOTALLY ASLEEP, BEFORE SHE MADE THE FINAL INJECTION. SHE HAS A VERY TRUE HEART. AND WE LOVE HER SO MUCH. CHRIS CALLANS, AND JOANIE CARLETON CALLANS.

I really do like Dr. Eckles a lot but some of her front office staff leaves much to be desired!!! A couple of them who have been there longer are downright rude, abrupt, and short with longtime clients. I have considered going elsewhere because of this. I believe Dr. Eckles is aware of the concerns but doesn't want to 'train' someone else. Well SHE NEEDS TO. They are turning off clients! I expect to be treated with RESPECT - not condescending or rude behavior. When I walk in, they don't SMILE and say something friendly. They will look up and say 'MAY I HELP YOU?' with NO smile. TAKE SOME CLIENT RELATIONS CLASSES girls at the front or FIND ANOTHER JOB. WE - THE CLIENTS- are the reason you have a job.
