Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
