My dog had a complication with his neuter. I couldn't see the clinic that did the surgery, and Bluffs let me come in to assess the situation. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. The vet explained what happened in terms o understood. Fortunately, additional surgery wasn't necessary

That's all I have to say. They refused to treat my service animal so that I could get her health certificate to travel to Costa Rica with me. Why would you ask? Well, I didn't want them to do anything that was not required. They over medicate and treat the animals. So, because I question it. They send me off. They also discarded a stool test they had done on my little chihuahua. Now she has to go through the trauma again. I'm furious!! I have to travel with my dog. They're evil. I will be seeking legal representation.

Open at 7 am. But don't show up at 7 and try to explain what is wrong with your pet and why you came in. No doctor until 8 means you can't tell office attendants what your came in for. Lack of patience or compassion for a medical facility. The women at front desk was very short and rude for a person in customer service. We were cut off three times when trying to explain what was wrong with our dog? She just kept repeating "there's no doctor in until 8". I'm not sure why that meant we couldn't check in and give details of why we were there? Very odd approach for the person greeting your customers.
