The office manager was extremely rude when I asked for information, she was yelling at me over the phone . Very rude VERY angry person. I was shocked by her behavior.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place.
