The staff is not trained well nad this has lead to serious problems with my pets. The people at the front desk need to be trained in triage and common human decency. Dr. Ross is insensitive and dismissive. I would find a better vet's office for yourself and your pets. The do know how to bill however.

The front desk staff is friendly enough, as well as the assistants. Dr. Ross on the other hand, I can say absolutely nothing positive about. He needs to refuse to treat large breed dogs, because it is a waste of time to bring your dog there otherwise. He gets your dog all nervous and anxious by automatically wanting to muzzle your dog and then when the dog is too upset to hold still he suggests sending you home with tranquilizers to give the dog before bringing him in again. Prices are on the high side also
