They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I had been a patient for over ten years and a couple visits with the nurse practitioner and a hostile staff upfront, had to leave when they "discharged" me as a patient yet I never received any written notice according to Iowa law. Very anti-consumer clinic.
