I received exceptional care in the ER at Summerlin. I was taken back to a room quickly. The staff was fast and kind. They made me feel safe and explained everything to me thoroughly. Thank you to the staff for being so responsive!

The Emergency room was very crowed, but the staff handled everything with a courteous and friendly demeanor. The time I spent there was long, but the staff was organized and professional. The people who helped me were Dr. Chuang, Dr. Kim and Lisa. All were helpful, professional, and a tribute to your entire operation!

Was referred to the ER by my PCP
Since I arrived the day after Labor Day 2022, the waiting room was truly packed & I understood the reason for my 6 hour wait from initial interview to my being sent up for hospitalization
Throughout my visit, reception staff, ER staff and hospital staff were extremely courteous, professionally efficient and knowledgeable as well very good at explaining what to expect and what had been diagnosed
During my 4-day hospitalization, the staff were extremely capable and courteous
The food was outstanding and the people who brought it very courteous and respectful of my privacy
Testing, diagnostics and reports very well coordinated and information provided as needed

Everything went smoothly from pre-op through release after surgery.. everyone pleasant, answered every question and was extremely polite. Been there a few times and will be going at least once a year.

Very well run. Admittance procedures very well managed especially for large inflow of patients. Discharge procedures even easier all done by your nurse. All testing was well coordinated upon entry, results took some time, but nothing extraordinary. Easy transfer to hospital room. Nursing staff -- extremely friendly, attentive and helpful.

The loss of one star is due to internal hospital group coordination - needs work. As a patient I could never find out my schedule of more detailed testing. Sometimes I was told one day, and it was the next. Panning an actual discharge time was difficult as "admitting doctor" hard to reach.

Overall, I would go again if I had another emergency.
