All staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The PT group by Russell was cold and not friendly . I didn't feel at home here. I feel like my PT training was not specific to my problems. Favoritism was very apparent during my 5 week required treatment. The four-week PT was allowed after graduation, but trainer told me he could not talk to me and if I had a problem to talk to his manager who just happened to be his wife. The doctor answered none of my questions, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I requested alternative medication to help with pain issues, thus he assumed I was requesting additional pain medication. He barely gave me any information at all. I was not informed about the purchase of a Tens unit requirement by Russell nor one other staff member. They were not informed about the purchase and procedures required by Medicare. I am now on my own to research to get my questions answered. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. The only professional there was Clair, the OT therapist.
