According to my research, this dr is no longer in Memphis or Jackson, Tn or Illinois or Ny, but rather in Collierville, Tn and based upon my experiences with him, I would say he's been run out of every office and state because he's an acutely narcissistic, egotistical, incompetent person and physician who should be revoked from practicing medicine of all kinds. According to the internet, he's an ambulance chaser who once was paid by compensation lawyers to lie about injuries, who now appears to receive kickbacks from drug cos, which explains why he unnecessarily forces you to fill medicine neither wanted or needed. Although he has declared himself as a "Surgeon, M.D., General Practioner, Anesthesiologist, and Physical Therapist, " he has also declared himself as a Pain Mgmt Dr or "Addictionoligist," for which I'll add is still undeserved as he fails to speak and behave like a professional by all accounts and definitions. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor, one whom you can trust because I assure you, with him illegally recording you, he CANNOT be trusted!
