Had an emergency tonight, left my dogs (family members) med's out of state. Called to get (1) dose and was told basically that money (100.00) was more important than my dog!! I pray I NEVER have to use this place ever. Money is obviously more important than our friends and family (our dogs)!!!!!
You should be ashamed of yourselves, but I'm sure your NOT!!!!!

Horrible!!! Took my puppy in because of a hurt leg , Dr took one x-ray and said he was fine, sent him home with anti-inflammatory meds and told me to wait a week to see if he got better!!.... Well I waited and he wasn't better..took him to our usual wonderful vet at Honey Creek Animal hospital and found out it was dislocated,(REALLY!!)..Honey Creek fixed him right up and gave him real pain meds...next day he's back to his goofy puppy self:)
NEVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS EMERGENCY CLINIC!!!! If I thought it would do any good I'd call and give them a piece of my mind and demand my $ back but they probably already know how much they don't know what they're doing!!! But then again I may just give them a call anyway!!!!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
