Dr. Randolph and his staff are simply the best, We have been going there for 30 years, they have so much compassion for the animals as well as their owners.

Dr. Wayne is simply the best. Have been going to him for well over 30 years and would not have anyone else take care of my babies. Takes care of not only dogs and cats, but little pets as well. Even took care of our robo hamster, Darrell. Everyone who works there is so wonderful and caring. All I can say is they are simply the best

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. Dr. Wayne Randolph spends so much time with every patient that he can run behind with his appts. but that is only because he cares about his animals.

Dr. Wayne has been caring for my animals for over 15 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. While he might behind schedule on occasion, he still takes the time to talk with me about my pet(s), same as he did his previous clients. He is a wonderful, compassionate person and an excellent veterinarian. He and his staff always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to.
