When I first went there, they were very friendly. I was very happy. Unfortunately, when I really needed pet care, I found out it was a different situation. They over charge. The techs and the vets have a major communication problem. A procedure was done on my pet that should have only been preformed by a qualified vet and was done by a tech and resulted in a lot of damage to my pet to where he had to be hospitalized. During that period, my bill was inflated for all the special care he needed - EVEN THOUGH they admitted their error was the causative factor. My pet suffered needlessly and so did we. I had another animal that clearly need to be euthanized and yet they performed every test they could come up with. An hour later they euthanized my pet and presented me with an extremely large bill. It was ridiculous. I would call the office to get status updates and depending on who I talked to, I would get a totally different answer. I finally started driving up there to find out what was going on. We had to ask for the vet to see us to give us the information after our pet's surgery - they were just giving us a tech who couldn't answer any questions. I could see that if it were something like a spaying, but we had a serious surgery with a lot of aftercare. I would never recommend this vet to anyone. I cried a lot of useless tears and paid a lot of unnecessary money because of their neglect. In addition - I never mind paying for what I get and do not look for handouts. They also refused to let me say goodbye to my pet they euthanized and to this day I am still sad about it.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
