They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been to some surgeons that seem like all you are is a hindrance to their schedule, but not this one. They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
