How do they get by with never actually sending you a bill, but sending everything to collections. This is a racket! You cannot actually speak to anyone since the phone number is disconnected.

I had surgery and when I got the bill paid on it. They never sent another bill and then sent to collections. I dealt with these people before and they billed me for what they should have written off and then tried to say they got a charge back and it was for another person. This is Fraud. I am going through this again. I have asked the billing and the collections for an itemized statement. They both refused. I have filed a complaint with the Governors consumer complaint. The doctors are responsible, because they hired these people.

All of the previous reviews are concerning issues with billing, which has to do with insurance and the billing company, not the doctors who take care of you.
"Anesthesia Associates of Dalton" are the doctors, and they are excellent. People with issues about the billing need to give a bad review to their own insurance company, or the billing agency, or both. It also doesn't hurt to find out how much something is going to cost you before you have it done!

Horrible! I must agree with a previous reviews. I paid my bill and they turned me over to collections. I provided to collections the amount was paid and now I have additional unpaid bills in the exact amount I previous paid. Never received a bill and I have call numerous times with No answer. Please go out of business you are worst than the illness I had.

Terrible they will bill you once and if you do not pay in full they send you to collections my bill was 600 + paid 400 never got the next bill from them got it from collections that is messed-up.
