The examining rooms at Country Garden Veterinary Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
