This office has continually shown ineptitude and apathy in the fulfillment of services. Not once, or twice, but three times now in the last 12 months I have requested a pre-auth on a medication that was at the pharmacy and been told that it was sent only to find out a week or two and 5 or six calls later to them and my insurance and the pharmacy over and over... No they did NOT send it! Three times this year alone! multiple week waits, and flat out lies or incompetence, I am unsure which, but either way its inexcusable. Whether this is the medical support staff or my Dr I have no idea, but I'm not happy at all with this facility.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
