Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo MN unfortunately employs nurses who are known to have committed HIPAA violations in the past. Upper management has been warned about this many times but continue to do nothing to ensure the care and safety of their vulnerable residents. Your loved ones deserve better than this! Don't take the chance, by the time you find out you've been violated it'll probably be too late. Shame on Lake Ridge!!!!! And Christine Klein, you should be in jail!
