Dr. Sneller is the best veterinarian you could ask for. I travel over an hour both ways just to see her because she keeps visits affordable, has wonderful bedside manner, and TRULY cares about your pet (and you).

There was a time she was informed my dog had an allergic reaction to a vaccine and I had to take her to emergency care. When she found out about this, she went out of her way to contact the maker of the vaccine and got me refunded for my emergency care bill. She also takes the time to talk to me about my pet if issues arise, even though she is very busy (for good reason).

Anyway, after just speaking with her on the phone and getting some help with my pet...I just wanted to be sure she got the recognition she deserves. I also want people to know where they can get quality care for their pets! If you're looking for a veterinarian, she is the one!

Extreme lack of caring even after years of going to this vet. Very unprofessional when calling, and a lack of caring during emergency situations.

I love Dr Sarah I do not like Dr Larson he is so rude does not care about your animal at all should not be a vet .I think he is on drugs or was on drugs .

My dog was ill, I took her in to Annandale Veterinary Clinic. They did an exam and after told me, They would need to order a test kit, because they did not have in stock.

Dr. Venessa Aschnewitz told me, my dog would be fine to wait until necessary the testing arrived.

1week had goes by I called concerned my dog seemed to be getting worse.
There attitude to my concerned was like I was bothering them.
2days after my dog became very ill and died.

The hardest think is that If they had treated her right way or referred me to another vet, she would have been fine.

If I could I would give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!
