I took my pit bull puppy to them to have her ears clipped.They did a wonderful job on her I know a lot of people with pits even the guy I got her from and he said there work was the best he had ever seen..they were great.I just live a little to far to go there for every little thing but if it were anything very serious I would not hesitate to go there in a heartbeat.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
