I needed a vet because my pets life was on the line.

I called Dr. Leonard office and they were wonderful to me. I was given hope that is matter could be taken care of.
Thank you Dr. Leonard for seeing us and being there to help me and my pet.
You are # one to me and to JT.
I will be telling everyone about you. :) JT will be around to show people that calling the right Dr. makes a difference in the life of your pet.

I have numerous cats and dogs and like most pet owners I consider them to be my family. My Veterinarian is a very important person in my life. Finding one that does not treat you- or your pet- like a number is a challenge, I have lived in more than a few states and can truly vouch for that. Doctor Leonard and his staff, at Town and Country; are truly dedicated to my pets and their care. Never judgmental, always professional and friendly, you will not find a better caregiver for your pet. Anywhere. Period. That is a big deal to me and if you visit there you will see I speak the truth.A big thank you to Doctor Leonard, his wife and Angel They are the best at what they do and it shows. Yes

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Yes, they called right on time

Dr. Lenoard was completely unprofessional after my shih-tzu was very sick I took him to Dr. Lenoard bc he was the closet one to me and I needed help fast. I got there and it seemed like he didn't even care about what was wrong with Keiko I was asking questions that barely got answered he tested for parvovirus when it came back negative it was like he was done he didn't do blood work no X-rays didn't start him on fluids nothing but he said I'll give him 3 shots and some medication to take home. None of that made me feel better bc I still didn't know what was wrong with him. He charged me $336.00 which I paid in full took keiko home and he only got worse I did call Dr. Lenoard back since he gave him the shots and medication he then said if I wanted him admitted to bring $500.00 or a 36 inch flat screen tv name brand or an iPad or jewelry that was all equal to about $1,000.00 bc he needed to be sure he was stuck without payment and those are items he could use or sell to get his money back I was baffled when I called back and offered my 26 inch flat screen tv which they did ask for the make and the receptionist said she had to check the doctors inventory to see what items he was currently needing and accepting. Btw he refused the tv and my shih-tzu keiko did pass away which Dr. Lenoard did not care why do ppl become vets when they don't even care about animals in the first place it's ridiculous my daughters and myself cried for weeks it was losing a member of the family. I would never ever use or recommend him to anyone who values their animals life. He doesn't deserve any stars I despise this man and everything he stands for!!!!!!
