Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
