They wouldn't listen to my symptoms they wouldnt't take tests they are clueless they treated me for something i didnt have & didn't treat me for my problem. They didnt care what I had to say even though I told them nothing worked they prescribed. Ended up at the emergency room several times after to try & treat my problem. They are the worse dr's ever encountered in my lifetime.

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The practice is huge, the waiting room always full and they move us in and out like a factory assemblyline. The doctor not only didn't remember seeing my child for a follow-up visit, but didn't even remember to address an issue I had pointed out just before he examined my child. I have been to several docs in this practice over the years and some are worse than others, but the whole feel is that you are a number, not a person. They must be making a fortune, because they never spend more than five minutes for a whole body exam ... less for others, and you spend more time in the waiting room by far than you ever do in the exam room... Even though it is less convenient in regard to location, I have now changed doctors.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I was in the waiting room more then i was in the examination room with the doctor. She spent about 5 minutes with me. I have felt like nothing more then a file. She didnt care what i had to say or ask, the only person that was amicable was the receptionist that was taking my copay. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
