I will never use this veterinary office again! My dog had a fever and was obviously sick. The vet only focused on my dogs abdomen. She wanted to start my dog on antibiotics but emphasized how dangerous they could be for her. When I asked if I should wait until Monday to see my regular vet, she said (very coldly) "if she makes it." Insinuating that my dog might die before then. So I got her started on antibiotics and took my dog home. She has been feeling much better and I just realized today that her problem is a dead tooth. This vet never even looked at my dogs mouth, or her ears or eyes for that matter.

I came in the middle of the night....staff and Dr. were very attentive, answered all questions fully and facility was immaculate. I felt my dog got very good care there

Once I got help, they were friendly. When I arrived (8:30a), there was no one there & I could hear someone talking on their phone in the back. I yelled "hello?" twice & no one answered. Finally I knocked on the "employees only" door, & someone came out to help me.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. accurate estimates of charges and services were provided ,as requested prior to services being rendered.

I've taken my puppy to this place for all of his shots. He recently got ill and even though we've been there for 4 months, they wouldn't see him, because it was two days before I could get paid. My puppy has been vomiting and had loose stools for three days now and even when calling and crying about how sick my puppy was they just said the examination fee would be needed before I could be seen. I will not be going back to this vet.
