I spend a little too much time in the waiting room.
I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
There was lots of available parking at their office.
I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
I am not going to refer my family and friends here.
I just wasn't that impressed.
Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant.
I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
An office clerk, possibly a medical tech but not a doctor, personally interpreted a radiologists evaluation of an MRI and refused to have further dealings with me.
She also faxed the MRI with a verbal description to a medically untrained HR person who told me I needed to see a doctor based on the phone cal from the med tech.
Front desk refused to put me in contact with a real doctor that woned or operated the clinic.
I have yet to hear from these people.
The operation appears to be a mill designed to protect the insurance companies used by the local employers.
Overpriced from what I could tell.
