Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Never! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. As far as Dr. Fickey goes I can only give him, his wife, Barbara, and the techs a 10 star rating. Some of their other staff leave a little to be desired for at times, BUT if I have a problem it is always resolved immediately. I drive over an hour one way for this vets sevices.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes, they were spotless
