Being in the process of moving from TN to KY, we found ourselves out of our dog's meds. We presented to this clinic with our situation and the Vet was very helpful, providing us with 10 days of meds until we could get back to Jackson, TN. They were really professional and friendly, so we knew that this was where we would change Sadie's care to, when we finally got settled.

barbara seems sweet, but, gave me severe misinformation about my pets health that ended up costing him his life, can't fully blame her as the vet is rarely there & could never get him on the phone. the after hours answering service is rude & completely lacking in knowledge of a real emergency, even refusing to page the vet for me. the youngest tech is very sweet & knowledgeable, too bad the rest aren't like her.

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well.
