Its ok. Its just close. There was poop all over the grass by the front door. Most had been there a LONG time! Nasty. I couldn't even let my dog walk in the grass when I took her in. Yuck! People nowadays are lazy.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff.

My 7-month old cat O'Malley was declawed in late June and had some issues with chewing open his sutures. I took him back several times and was only charged for the medicines he was given, not for the visits. That was great! He is a bit of a handful, but the staff was excellent with him.
