Doctor Pollard is very knowledgable. He is attentive and gentle to my dogs and cats, while being courteous to me. He knows the area very well and discussed the "wild animal" risks to outdoor pets and how to keep my critters safe. He and his staff are congenial and easy to talk to.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special.They obviously care more about their clients than other vets here. The office is a longstanding old practice and the building is old but clean and sterile.vet. I appreciated that they took the time to create a up to standard, sterile environmental despite the age of the building for their patients. They have an excellent parking situation with immediate access from vehicle to front entrance. I found a spot right next to the entrance within seconds. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.On top of all that, Dr Pollard has been practicing for YEARS, and he knows history, he loves to learn and teach and is very tactful and logical in making decisions about care, all while charging lower than avg. fees and once you have him as your vet he is your FRIEND!
