You would think it wouldn't be too hard to send a reminder card for your pets annual exam, but apparently that is too much to ask of them. I am constantly forgetting what time of year it is supposed to be too. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I have been seeing Dr. Ryan with my dogs/cats for many years. We love him.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
