My cat is afraid of everyone and everything, but she likes Dr Ross! Calms right down when Dr Ross comes into the room. Dr Ross is a great surgeon. She saved my cat's life two years ago. The clinic is thorough and clean. Caring staff.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Yes, I can always count on them

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
