The Walmart Vision Center at 975 Hilton Heights Road was fantastic. I'm specifically writing about my experience to the Optometrist portion of the facility (not where they sell the glasses/contacts). Nina (the optician technician/receptionist) was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, kind and invested in my care. She is a true example of exceptional customer service and going above and beyond.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
