I made an attempt to get an appointment and was told they would have me in within a week or 2. At 10 days I called and they said they hadn't looked at my application yet. At 2 weeks I went to the office and was told they would be looking at it that day but their computers were down. 3 days later I called and they said they would call me back. The next day they called and were able to see me the following week.
I went to my appointment and was charged over $200 and not treated for what my appointment was necessary for and she instead told me she couldn't help me "sorry" and sent me on my way.
I felt as if the only thing I did was arrive, shell out 200 bucks and get kicked out the door with no referral or options even stated to me.
My lawyer is investigating the method of legality of this clinic to be able to take my money and turn me away without even a smile.
At the very same day I had the appointment I had a devastating accident a couple hours prior to appt. and was STILL not offered any examination, medication nor verbal or referral help... A TOTAL RIP OFF.. THIEVES ....

No, I didn't have to wait very long

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Yes everything was neat and sterile
