I've taken my dog there for appointments and for surgery when he cut his shoulder open. They are always friendly and willing to help during emergency situations.

Don't go there they don't give discounts for there home town veterans that have been down range 3 times twice to Iraq and once to Afghanistan and has paperwork showing 50 percent ptsd. don't go there they do nothing for the veterans

I love this place, they take my concerns seriously and don't make me feel stupid. I take both our dog and cat there. Our dog is always happy to see the staff. They are so good with him and he can be difficult. Wouldn't go anywhere else! My son and daughter in law drive up from Coon Rapids to take their dogs there.

They have taken great care of our daughters cat so when we got the new puppy, we decided to give them a try. Very satisfied, doctor took time with the pup & answered all of my questions. Didn't argue when I asked for a prescription for ear flush & drops that we used with our other dog to prevent & treat ear infections. Dogs with droopy ears are prone especially after a bath. Did not treat me like I was stupid & accepted that I was knowledgeable about the breed as I have previously owned another purebred & a mix breed. I will be taking our older dog there from now on, they really care about the animals and owners & are very reasonable priced.

I'd give them 2 stars for their cheap prices, otherwise I was dissapointed with the way I got my cat back, how badly she smelt, & the lack of discharge instructions. Got my 10 mo. old spayed & a front declaw. I've had a cat fixed & declawed 10 years ago elsewhere, so from that expierence, I was aware of what to expect. With this facility, I was very dissapointed. 1st; they did not give me pain meds to take home. She said the oral ones should last 24 hours. Being they weren't laser removed, thought I'd at least get a coupe tablets. 2nd; Her paws were ALL bloody & I'm not exaggerating! She looked like she just came home from war. My kids were traumatized. 3rd; she smelt like strong urine spray & wet herself on the way home. They never offered her a litter box while she was there. They said they didn't. Very dissapointing experience. :-(
